This website contains no contact forms and does not collect personal data itself. If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry and to arrange care, based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Health records of patients are kept under separate statutory rules for healthcare providers.
The website uses only essential technical cookies – your language choice and confirmation of the cookie bar. Visitor statistics are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors.
Videos are embedded via the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. The Google Maps map on the Contact page loads only after you confirm the cookie bar or click the map button – when loaded, Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
The staff login page of the internal attendance system is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the login is not made by a robot. Cloudflare processes the IP address and technical data of the browser for this purpose, on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the system (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The public website itself does not use Turnstile.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can exercise these rights at infokarident.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
